Sponsored Research

UMD is not authorized to accept service in civil litigation. All civil subpoenas, complaints or summonses must be served in the Office of the MD Attorney General.

Subpoenas/Legal Process

UMD provides workers’ compensation benefits to employees who are injured in the course of their employment in accordance with the USM and the State of Maryland Workers’ Compensation Act.
