In conjunction with the Office of Real Estate, OGC advises on issues relating to the ownership, construction, leasing and management of all real property and facilities.

Upon request from ORA, OGC provides assistance in reviewing and negotiating awards.

Sponsored Research

UMD provides workers’ compensation benefits to employees who are injured in the course of their employment in accordance with the USM and the State of Maryland Workers’ Compensation Act.
