Please contact the Office of Undergraduate Student Legal Office for undergraduate students and the Office of Graduate Student Legal Aid for graduate students.

The Office of General Counsel is conveniently located in the Seneca Building, on the east side of Baltimore Blvd., one-quarter mile north of the University's Campus Drive entrance.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

The parking lots at the Seneca Building (K7 and 4a) are overflow lots. Your campus parking permit grants you privileges to park at our building.

UMD Employees

Lot 4a: the row of spaces located on the southern end of the parking area is an overflow lot for students.

UMD Students

The Seneca Building has six (6) metered parking spaces available in the northwest corner of the parking lot. The rates are in effect 7:00am to Midnight DAILY. The cost is $3 per hour. Payment is only accepted in the form of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). No cash or coins, please.
